How do you price cards you buy? We base our offers on current market prices using platforms like TCGPlayer and recent sales data. We aim to make fair, transparent offers so you feel confident in the transaction.
Orders & Shipping
Where are you located? We are based in Washington, DC (4005 Wisconsin Avenue NW, #9746). We are an online store and ship nationally across the United States. We also do trading card shows and pop up retail locations.
Do you ship nationally? Yes, we ship to all 50 states. Every order ships out within one business day from Washington, DC.
How fast do you ship? All orders ship the next business day after purchase. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.
What if my card arrives damaged? We take great care in packaging every order. If your card arrives damaged, please contact us at askfreshkit@gmail.com with photos and we'll make it right.
Inventory
What Pokémon sets do you carry? We carry a wide range of Pokémon sets including Scarlet & Violet, Black Bolt, White Flare, Prismatic Evolutions, Twilight Masquerade, Surging Sparks, Temporal Forces, 151, and many more — both singles and sealed products.
Do you sell graded cards? Yes, we sell graded cards in addition to ungraded/raw cards. Contact us if you're looking for something specific and we'll do our best to help.
Do you carry sports cards? Yes, we carry sports cards. Check our store or contact us for specific requests.
Do you restock sold-out items? We restock regularly. Follow us on Instagram (@freshkitfc08) or TikTok (@freshkitfc08) to stay up to date on new arrivals, or subscribe to our email list on the homepage.
Can I request a specific card? Absolutely! Email us at askfreshkit@gmail.com with the card name, set, and condition you're looking for and we'll let you know if we can source it.

Are you a physical store or online only? We are primarily an online store shipping from Washington, DC. We also attend local card shows and events — check our Events page for upcoming appearances.
Do you do card shows or events? Yes! We participate in card shows in the Washington, DC area. Visit our Events page for the latest schedule.
How do I know your cards are authentic? Every card we sell is carefully inspected for authenticity. We have been in the hobby since 2020 and take pride in our reputation for honest, transparent transactions.
